At GullyVastra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This policy ensures fairness and maintains the quality of our clothing for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

Note: Do not send any items back without prior confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous or flammable items (e.g. chemicals, sprays)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at ankurgurjardm@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To get a different size or color, please return the original item (following the process above). After your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was delivered to a location in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The return must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
